NICK BLAIR – DIRECTOR
After more than 40 years in the Liquor industry, Nick has gained the respect and friendship of many key people in the international wine and spirit industry through his dedication, commitment, adaptability, experience and proven track record across many facets of the industry.
With retail experience in leading fine wine stores and managing independent retail outlets; Brand Owner experience primarily in general management and international sales and marketing roles with the Pernod Ricard Group; independent wine industry consultant and also a Restaurant owner, when it comes to wine, Nick has pretty much done it all. Some key positions held include: Global Communications Director – Premium Wine Brands, International Sales Director – Pernod Ricard Pacific, Spirits Marketing Manager – Orlando Wyndham, Global Marketing Manager – Jacob’s Creek, Wine Director – Pernod Ricard UK, Director – Morris of Rutherglen, Consultant – BlairComms and owner of highly regarded new restaurant, Annata – Crows Nest Sydney.
Nick has played a significant role in the development of some of the worlds leading wine and spirit brands including Jacob’s Creek, Wyndham Estate, Brancott Estate, Stoneleigh, Campo Viejo, GH Mumm, Perrier Jouët, Wild Turkey, Jameson and Havana Club.
MIKE EVERY – DIRECTOR
Mike is a highly respected wine and spirit professional with senior management experience across Retail, Brand Owner and B2B/ B2C gained from over 35 years of industry experience. During this time, Mike has built his knowledge base and an enviable network, that combined with his enthusiasm and drive, delivers results.
During his career, Mike has worked to develop and build iconic brands such as Peter Lehmann, Jacob’s Creek, Jack Daniels, Moët & Chandon, Domain Chandon and Pol Roger. He has held key positions with market-leading companies – Peter Lehmann Wines, where his roles included: Director of Sales, National Sales Manager, Chair – Global Sales, Marketing and Operations Committee; Orlando Wines – Key Account Manager; and key Marketing and Sales roles with Swift and Moore, Corbans Wines(NZ), Cranswick Estate and Haselgrove Wines. After leaving Peter Lehmann Mike ran his own wine industry consultancy prior to joining forces with Nick to establish Vision Wine Partners.
